This dish is a delicious blend of basmati (usually) rice cooked with a variety of meats, vegetables and spices.

The beauty of traditional kabsa is the way it is cooked.

In Saudi Arabia, Kabsa is prepared with all kinds of meats, including chicken, beef, goat, lamb and even camel.

Fish and shrimp options are available as well. In addition, most kabsa is flavored with a combination of cloves, cardamom, saffron, cinnamon. The methods for preparing Kabsa is: First, put the onion and the oil in a pressure cooker with medium heat then stir until tender.

Next add the meat to the onion and stir the meat with the onion. After that cut the tomatoes in small pieces and put them in the pot with one small spoon tomato sauce.
