  • When I have an exam I feel really stressed. I get nervous, and have some stomach problems. When I take the exam, I feel like I forgot everything.
  • So I try to solve these problems. Before the exam, I like to talk to my friends about things that are really enjoyable and relaxing like football or movies.
  • Before I go to school, I have some healthy meal, so I avoid stomach problems. During the exam, I try to calm down and remember what I have already revised.
